After you book, we'll text you to confirm a pickup window. We come to your door, collect your console, and give you a written estimate before any work starts. Once it's repaired, we deliver it back to you — typically within 3 days of pickup.
Most repairs are back in your hands within 3 days of pickup. Jobs that need a specific part ordered can take longer — we'll always give you a clear timeline at pickup and keep you posted along the way.
Then you don't pay. Our diagnostics are free, and if a repair isn't possible or doesn't hold, there's no charge. No fix, no fee — simple as that.
For the vast majority of repairs, your storage is never touched and your saves stay exactly where they are. If a repair could possibly affect your data, we'll tell you upfront before doing anything.
We take cash, Zelle, Cash App, Venmo, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and credit or debit cards. Card and wallet payments are processed securely through Stripe.
Once you've approved your estimate you can pre-pay online, or pay in person when we hand your console back. On some jobs we ask for payment to be settled before delivery — that depends on the type of repair, the parts involved, and the pickup location. If it applies to your booking, we'll tell you when we confirm your pickup window.
We focus on current-generation systems: PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X and Series S, Nintendo Switch 2, and Nintendo Switch OLED.
We also repair gaming handhelds — Steam Deck and ASUS ROG Ally — which plenty of shops still turn away. That's board-level work and it's a core part of what we do, not a side service. Not sure if yours qualifies? Just ask in the booking form.
